That's either gonna be a really good decision, because the general public will be like "well I just watched to movie, so now I need to read the new book," or vice versa; or it will be really bad cuz they'll be like "Yeah, I saw the movie, I don't need a book too"
my insticts lean towards the latter

look: it says: "JK Rowling finished writing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in this room (652) on 11th Jan 2007" and was written by Jo herself. Also, Jason Issacs is awaiting the 7th book eagarly too: (btw, I steal all my HP news directly from Mugglenet)

lol, Voldiewart!
The Dark Lord shall kick Harry's a** in the 7th book, or JK Rowling is getting a minus on the Elimination Game.

ahhh... that makes more sense. maybe they can team up, both having been orphaned whiny teenagers. Then the world would be happy and full of bright flowers.
just kidding, I hope you know. I wouldn't want bri to be all mad at me. That's never fun.

finished around mid-day monday (I was so worried that my mom wouldn't let me bring the book to band camp. then she saw that all the counsilers(sp?) had the book too and said I could. In fact people were reading the book in rehearsal. the director actually threatened them that if they didn't stop, he would tell them the ending.)
There are speed readers out there, I'm just not one of them.
*squee*
far too many people died. *tear* No spoilers, though, for those who either haven't gotten it, or haven't finished.
