Same difference, one has a plug and is thinner than the other, that's pretty much it. Amber didn't have much trouble going from upright Bass to electric last year.

when you say "lier" I'm assuming by using context clues you meant to say "learn", or that sentence would make utterly no sense
Good luck with that! I want an electric bass, with a C string, so it'll be like a cello. ;D Then I'd have pretty much no trouble playing it.
